 Large TapCaps fitted to drums |
We are suppliers of an excellent range of high quality plastic taps for dispensing liquids.
These are available as 'TapCaps', where the plastic tap is preassembled to standard size screw caps of 36mm, 38mm, 40mm, 45mm, 51mm and 61mm diameters or drum bungs or plugs corresponding to 2” Tri-Sure, Mauser and ¾” BSP apertures.
Alternatively, our plastic taps can be fitted to customers own closures where these are not already available in standard Tap Cap sizes and where the quantities justify this.
Most of our plastic dispensing taps are offered with a choice of pouring apertures, 23mm or 13mm. The larger of these gives very fast emptying of large containers when used as drum taps and the smaller size facilitates accurate dispensing or decanting in laboratory or similar applications.
All of our dispensing taps incorporate a patented venting system which separately ducts air back into the container while the liquid is poured out giving fast and smooth 'glug-free' pouring. They also have an effective anti drip feature.
These plastic taps are manufactured primarily from polyethylene and are fully approved for food use and compatible with many chemicals.
