The LINE PATROLMAN is passed down the bottle sealing line and measures the output of the induction heat sealer. It measures the energy going into the bottle seal, from the position of the seal, and compares this value to pre-determined control limits to ensure that the bottle seal is good.
This eliminates the previous need to separately control the heat sealer power output, the height of the cap liner beneath the sealer head and the conveyor speed. The LINE PATROLMAN records the combined effect of all these variables in a single reading
