CST cap and closure assembly machines comprise both standard rotary assembly machines which are tooled to suit customer requirements and special purpose assembly machines made entirely to client requirements. Assembly machines with continuous motion rotary movement, indexing rotary movement or linear movement are all available.
Component assembly speeds of between 6,000 and 90,000 per hour (100 - 1,500 per minute) are typical dependant on customer needs and component size and complexity.
Inspection and testing devices with automatic ejection of defective components are incorporated, including the latest visual systems if requested.
